DataPatrol

patrolling to secure data

The leak that hurts most never crosses the firewall: it is a photo of the screen, a screenshot, a sheet of paper in a backpack. DataPatrol stamps every screen and every document with the identity of whoever is looking at it — whoever leaks, signs. Integrated and deployed by Nexus in environments certified to ENS High.

screen watermark · visible identity, traceable data
// the dlp blind spot

When data leaves through a camera, the perimeter does not exist.

Classic DLP watches the network and the disk. But the simplest leak channels never go through either — and only two things work against them: deter beforehand and attribute afterwards. Which is exactly what watermarking does.

cam
The photo of the monitor
The channel no DLP sees: a phone camera pointed at the screen.
scr
The screenshot
One screen grab into a personal chat and the data is already outside the perimeter.
prn
The printer
Documents that leave on paper, with no record of who printed them.

Copy and paste
From the ERP to a personal inbox in two keystrokes.
// the platform · six modules

One platform, six ways to close the leak.

scr.wm
Screen Watermark
A watermark carrying the user's identity across the screen: anyone who photographs or shares a screen takes their own name with it.
prn.wm
Printing Watermark
Every printed document comes out marked with user, device and time. Paper stops being anonymous.
anti.copy
Anti-Copy
Blocks copying sensitive text from the applications you choose. The clipboard stops being an exit route.
ps.block
PrintScreen Prevention
Neutralises screen captures and snipping tools inside protected applications.
mob.mark
MobileMark
Extends marking and visibility to corporate Android devices.
web.mark
WebMark
SDK to watermark the content of internal applications and portals, with no endpoint agent.
// how it works
01
Deployment
Lightweight multi-OS agent (plus a web SDK). Fast install, no friction for the user.
02
Policy
Centralised rules by user, group or application: what gets marked, what gets blocked and where.
03
Traceability
Visible or discreet marking with identity, device and time. Deterrence first; attribution and evidence if it happens.
// integrated by nexus for regulated environments
